The cell-constant logic is the publishable rule: the higher the cell constant, the more concentrated and aggressive the chemical the electrode is designed for. So a food plant uses a 0.01 or 0.1 cell sanitary electrode on WFI/purified water and a 20.0 cell (2823) on CIP caustic and acid strength verification — different electrodes for the two halves of the same plant. The >RA25 finish and Tri-Clamp connection are what make the sanitary variants product-contact-acceptable; the 130°C @ 5.2 bar rating covers steam-in-place.
