Asahi's Wet Process Solutions / Dymatrix line is semiconductor-specific and names Diaphragm as one of its valve types; the Custom Fabrication Division's Class 1000 cleanroom (24,000 sq ft fab shop in the 200,000 sq ft Lawrence, MA facility) is the supporting capability. Richter's MV is separately stated cleanroom capable. Moderate because Dymatrix is captured at valve-type-name level with no per-model spec table.
